NEW: In-House Therapy Services
We’re excited to now offer direct access to therapy through our own team of trained, trauma-informed care managers. As a Medicaid-certified provider, we make it easier for you to access the mental health support you need, whether you’re dealing with past trauma, mental health concerns, or simply need someone to talk to.
Resume Building & Employment Support
We know that finding a job after incarceration can be challenging. Our team works one-on-one with you to build a professional resume and cover letter tailored to your goals. We offer mock interviews with constructive feedback, help you identify job opportunities, and connect you with employers open to second chances. As a vendor through DVR, we can also assist individuals with higher needs in their employment journey.
State Assistance Applications
Navigating state benefits can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. We assist with applications for Medicaid, food assistance, and disability waivers. Our team specializes in helping elderly clients, those with disabilities, and individuals with developmental delays access the support they need, including Long-Term Care Medicaid, SSA applications, and Arbor Applications for disability status.
Housing Navigation
Safe, stable housing is the foundation for a successful re-entry. Through partnerships with Second Chance Center and Housing Connector, we help you search for affordable apartments, including options for those with low or no credit and individuals with felony records or sex offender registration requirements. We also assist with applications for waivers that can provide access to host homes, assisted living, or home health care.
Identification Assistance
Having proper identification is essential for accessing housing, employment, and benefits. REshape helps you schedule and attend DMV appointments, helps with the cost of ID cards and birth certificates, and even provides a PO Box for mail if you don’t have a permanent address. We guide you through every step, whether you need documents from Colorado or out of state.
Counseling & Behavioral Health Referrals
Mental health and substance use challenges are common barriers to successful re-entry. We connect you with trusted providers for mental health counseling, substance use treatment, and specialized therapy, including ARTS methadone clinic, Wellpower, Sondermind, and SOMB therapy. Our care managers are trained in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention, ensuring you receive compassionate, knowledgeable support.
Sex Offender Registration Support
If you are required to register as a sex offender, we provide guidance and support to ensure you meet all legal requirements, including timely registration in your county of residence. For those eligible, we also assist with the paperwork and process for deregistration.
