Stronger Together: Partnering for Successful Re-entry

Reducing recidivism isn’t work we can (or should) do alone. Lasting change happens when organizations with different strengths come together around a shared goal: helping people successfully return to civilian life. That’s why REshape partners with mission-aligned organizations across the Denver community, combining our clinical expertise with their resources to close the gaps that so often stand between someone leaving incarceration and building a stable, independent life. Below, you’ll find the partners who make this work possible.

Hope Homes – The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a supportive recovery and community housing facility operated by the Hope Homes network. Founded by Chris Meeks, The Lighthouse transformed the former Palmer Park Motel into a true resource center. One built on the belief that stable housing paired with structure and community can change the trajectory of someone’s life. What began as a second-chance housing initiative has grown into a comprehensive support hub, offering apartment-style residences with full-size kitchens, an on-site gym and yoga studio, a computer lab and financial literacy classes, cooking and life skills groups, and access to mental health and employment support.

Through our partnership, REshape brings behavioral health services, substance use treatment, case management, therapeutic groups, and clinical support directly to Lighthouse residents, while Hope Homes provides the stable transitional housing and peer support that make lasting change possible. Together, we address both the clinical and practical barriers individuals face during re-entry, because a safe place to live and a strong support system should go hand in hand.
